Who We Are
Impact Education and Sports was founded on a simple belief: every young person deserves access to high-quality sport and physical education, regardless of where they grow up or which school they attend.
Our Story
Impact Education and Sport was established from a passion for sport, education and making a positive difference in young people's lives. Through our own experience, working within local communities and schools over many years, we have seen first-hand the important role that high-quality PE, sport and physical activity can play in children's development.
During our time in schools, we recognised that maintaining consistent standards and providing regular opportunities for PE, sport and physical activity could be challenging. We also saw how staff shortages and limited support on certain days of the week could place additional pressure on schools and their teams.
It was these experiences that inspired us to establish Impact Education and Sport. We wanted to create a reliable, supportive service that schools could turn to for consistent PE, engaging sports programmes, physical activity opportunities and additional classroom support. Our aim is to work alongside schools, understand their individual needs and help create positive learning environments where children feel supported, develop confidence and have the opportunity to thrive.

Henry Batts
Director & Head Coach
Henry founded Impact Education and Sports with a clear purpose: to give every young person access to high-quality coaching and physical education, regardless of their background or school.
With hands-on experience delivering PE and sports programmes across primary and secondary schools, Henry brings both the technical expertise and the personal commitment that schools trust. He leads every session himself — ensuring the quality and consistency that defines Impact.
From PE and PPA support to football programmes and NFL Flag, Henry designs and delivers every programme with the same belief: sport has the power to change young lives.
Experience & Qualifications
- 4 years experience delivering PE and sports programmes in schools
- 6+ years football coaching experience
- 2 years NFL Flag coaching experience
- FA safeguarding trained, first aid trained and holds coaching badges
- Qualified Flag Football coach
- Holder of Enhanced DBS
